Scope & Requirements Review

We meet with you to confirm functionality, tolerances, order quantities, packaging needs, delivery timelines, and any special considerations. This ensures alignment from the start and eliminates assumptions.

Production Process

We run a full range of in-house fabrication and finishing services to support projects from first article to full-scale production. Our equipment lineup and skilled team ensure each stage is matched to the right process, keeping quality consistent, lead times controlled, production efficient—and your parts delivered on time.

Material Handling & Preparation

Incoming raw material is confirmed, inspected, and staged for production. We confirm grade, thickness, and condition to ensure it aligns with your specifications. Material is then organized for efficient flow through the shop so the build stays consistent and traceable from start to finish.

Cutting: Saw & Laser

Components are joined using robotic welding for high-volume consistency and speed, while manual welding is used for unique, low-volume, or complex assemblies.

Joint quality, alignment, and heat control are monitored throughout to ensure strength, fit, and long-term durability.

Surface Preparation: Sanding & Deburring

After cutting, edges and surfaces are refined to remove sharp edges, slag, and burrs. This step improves safety, enhances appearance, and prepares surfaces for welding and finishing. The goal is to ensure cleaner fit-up, better weld penetration, and a higher-quality final finish.

Forming: Press Brake

Parts requiring bends or shaping are formed on CNC press brakes. Our operators dial in angles, radii, and bend sequences to maintain dimensional accuracy and repeatability. Proper forming ensures that parts assemble correctly and function as intended in your application.

Welding: Robotic & Manual

Components are joined using robotic welding for high-volume consistency and speed, while manual welding is used for unique, low-volume, or complex assemblies. Joint quality, alignment, and heat control are monitored throughout to ensure strength, fit, and long-term durability.

Finishing: Powder Coating

After fabrication, parts are finished using industrial powder coating to deliver a durable, uniform, and long-lasting surface. Powder is electrostatically applied and cured to create a tough, protective coating that resists corrosion, abrasion, and wear while maintaining a clean, professional appearance. Proper surface prep and controlled curing ensure consistent coverage and reliable performance in real-world environments.
